 NOAA Announces Recipients Of 2006 Environmental Hero AwardsNational Awards Program Recognizes Individuals, Groups Protecting Enviornment.           

Among those chosen this year include Global Research and Rescue's Jeff Foster.   On behalf of Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere Vice Admiral Conrad C. Lautenbacher, Jr., USN (Ret.), I congratulate you on your nomination and selection as a 2006 NOAA Environmental Hero. Jeff and other recipients will be honored in Washington D.C., June 8th.
